Patch that removes all permission prompts for Symbian 9.3, 9.4, ^3+

JRT 2.1+:
Forces "Manufacturer" protection domain during the MIDlet installation

JRT 1.0-1.4:
Just removes security prompts

Before installing activate Open4All patch
Instructions are in readme.txt. Use at your own risk.

Warning!
Make sure that the midlets you install don't have "Nokia-MIDlet-Block-Uninstall" property in manifest or jad descriptor!
